Illegal Dumping Eradication


Illegal Dumping Eradication is a program of the State of Arkansas and Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), designed to eradicate the illegal disposal of various wastes. The program is designed to investigate complaints and alleviate potential hazards to the public and the environment. (Solid Waste Management – Regulation 22 §1502)


Illegal Burning Eradication


Illegal Burning Eradication program is designed to eliminate unauthorized burning of any material that does not occur naturally on the property which may result in the unlawful emissions of contaminates that may pose possible injury to humans, plants, or animal life, or to property. (Arkansas Air Pollution Control Code - Regulation 18 § 602, 605, 801, 901)
