 The Cooperative Extension Service, University of Arkansas, helps people improve their lives through the educational process and research-based knowledge focused on issues and needs. 

There are three main areas of research-based information. They are Agriculture/Natural Resources, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Youth Development. The Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service offers its programs regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age, or disability and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
