Does the Garland County Clerk's Office issue Apostille, Certification or Notary Services?

The County Clerk's office does not issue Apostille or Certification. The Arkansas Secretary of State's office provides this service.

To obtain an Apostille or Certification from the Arkansas Secretary of State, please visit their office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
